Our Shipping Policy

FLAT RATE SHIPPING WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION: currently ships orders using USPS. Standard shipping requires 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships, in addition to a signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777). 

We have a standard 24-48 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays. Once payment is verified, your wig will be shipped in 8-12 business days.

******NO SHIPMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEEKENDS NOR HOLIDAYS******

All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis. 

**In order to avoid any delays in shipping please provide matching shipping & billing addresses.

Cancellation Policy

HAIR BY LADY SHA  has a strict 20% restocking fee for all canceled orders. Please make sure you're ordering the correct item and viewing the description before checking out. 

Our Return Policy

All returns have a 25% restocking fee. We only accept returns for our beginner friendly wigs, closure wigs and frontal wigs collections. You have 7 days to return your product for an EXCHANGE. Exchange is based on in-store inventory ONLY! Product must be in original packaging and unused. Lace must be uncut.  Include packing slip and contact information in package. 

No refunds. No store credit. Exchange only with 25% restocking fee.

(No returns on bundles, closures, frontals, 13x6 lace front wigs or sale wigs. FINAL SALE ) 

Shipping fee is not included in return credit.
